I can't find the product I am looking
for!
Because of the large inventory we carry, occasionally it is not
easy to find the product at first. We have implemented many ways
to find the right product.
Usually you will find the product by entering the product code
(OEM Number) into the Product Search box on the upper right.
You can also enter the manufacturer and/or the model number of
the machine you are trying to find a product for.
For example: Hewlett Packard (Manufacturer) and 1200 (model number)
for the Hewlett Packard Laserjet 1200.
Or you can find the right machine by clicking on the first letter
of the manufacturors name in the box on the upper left. This will
lead you to models and products including compatibility information.

How much is shipping?
On orders over $300.00 shipping is free. Under $300 we charge
$5.50 shipping regardless of the order size.
How long does shipping take?
We use many warehouses to minimize delivery time. All orders are
shipped UPS Ground. You should expect a 1-3 day delivery time.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship to addresses in the United States excluding
Alaska & Hawaii. We do not ship overseas, to Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico or to APO/FPO Military addresses.
What Credit cards do you accept?
Currently we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What other costs are involved?
All orders under $60.00 will be charged an extra $7.50 Minimum
Fee. You will be able to see the total before you finalize the
order.
How do I return a product?
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. This can
be obtained by using the Contact Us
link on the top. Upon approval, you will be issued a RA label,
which must be visible on all items being returned. RA numbers
are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Any unauthorized
returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense. Returns
must be sent to us freight prepaid. See also Terms

How do you handle my personal data?
At Toner.com we take your privacy very seriously. We will never
- under any circumstances - rent, sell, exchange or in any way
make your information available to third parties, unless legally
required to do so or necessary to fulfill an order (for example,
if UPS needs your address to deliver the products to you). See
