U.S.A., Inc warrants all supplies manufactured under the Toner.com
Brand to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship
for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Toner.com
supplies have been manufactured under stringent quality control
standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that
of the original equipment manufacturer.
Toner.com
supplies will, at its option, replace or refund the full purchase
price of any supply found to be defective.
Toner.com
U.S.A., Inc also warrants, subject to the condition stated below,
that under normal use (including operation of the equipment
within specifications) our supplies will not cause damage, abnormal
wear, or deterioration to any compatible equipment. If a defect
in a Toner.com supply causes an original equipment supply item
or equipment failure, Toner.com U.S.A., Inc will reimburse its
customer for the full amount of all costs of repair or replacement.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer using our own network
of technicians for the service call. If an external service
company is used, the warranty is dependent upon the customer
providing us with satisfactory evidence that the failure was
due to a defect in Toner.com's supply, including a written statement
on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the
company's field sales or service representative.
Toner.com's
liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement
as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of
all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All warranty
claims should be made in writing.
This warranty
does not include products manufactured under other brands than
Toner.com.
